The original game had 100 cards, and this version only has either 88 (or 92?) I asked Fundex, but I seemed to confuse them, evidently, they aren't aware that their version is not the original. I am getting very peeved at the difficulty I am having in identifying and findng rules for this game. Anyway, if anyone could help me out before I give up entirely, I would be grateful. No problem, I was confused myself, and I have the actual game here to check against. It seems like the original Arne developers have now made various 'flavors' of Arne. Thw Fundex company has supposedly made it suitable for American players.

One thing they did was change the number of cards. They have also put words on the cards. I've read some reviews saying that it is hard to track the meaning of the cards. But since the author originally intended the cards to be language independent, I am not especially pleased about this. (I really like abstract games, anyway.) However, if it makes the game more enjoyable for most players, it is for the better. This world needs more people playing games together!
