I think he's hoping the chassis number will help find out exactly when the car was made. I have FAST, but I don't know how to find that info out myself, all I do is use it to look for parts. Use the forum's search function for FAST, there are a few threads where I've said where you can download it from. Basically you can register to a GTR forum and once you've made an introductory post you're able to access their download section and get it for free.
